so excited!! first found these thick, deeply textured linen napkins in an indie shop, some years ago. & now i’ve rediscovered them thru you guys (& with matching chunky linen dish towels, to boot)!!

Chunky linen napkins are wonderful!

I am a huge textile fan, and I have been using Caravan linen kitchen towels for the last three years. I first discovered the line in Paso Robles, CA when we were visiting. I bought one towel and then more online when I got back home. I gave them as holiday gifts for friends, too! When I recently saw these napkins in a store on 4th Street in Berkeley, I had to have them. I bought a set (gold) in the store and a different color (orange) online when I got home, too. I love them! They are luxurious heavy linen but have a soft "hand feel" and wash well (I throw them in the washer and dryer, and they come out great). They are a splurge, but a well-considered one!
