RETURN POLICY

We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of customer service, and are committed to offering product you can use and love forever. However, we know that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary, and we will do everything we can to make sure you love what you have. We care about your satisfaction and our Customer Care Team are always here to help.

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns Center. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. If you need to contact Customer Service, please provide the tracking number in order to track your package delivery.

*All sale items are final & nonrefundable.

RETURNING MERCHANDISEAll return merchandise requests due to mis-shipments or damages must be submitted in writing within 14 days of merchandise delivery in order to be accepted.

*Customer remorse returns: shipment must be covered by the customer*

  1. All returns must be approved and have a signed RMA form issued by the Caravan home office.
  2. Unauthorized returns will be charged a 100% restocking fee.  
  3. Items returned for reasons other than damaged merchandise or shipping error on the part of Caravan will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  
  4. Caravan does not automatically cancel backorders without a customer request; therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel backorders if delivery time is a factor.  Any and all items returned because of length of time on backorder, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  5. Freight is non-refundable.

 DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE CLAIMS

  1. All return merchandise requests due to mis-shipments or damages must be submitted in writing within 14 days of merchandise delivery in order to be accepted.
  2. Any claim for damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to Caravan within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Photographs of the damaged piece(s) must support all damage claims. You agree to save packaging materials and product.
